Our Medical Centre is not providing pocket prescriptions for COVID-19 Antiviral Medication.
 If you do test positive for COVID-19, please report your positive test result, then contact our nursing team to see what we can do to help.


  • There is now a charge for not attending your booked appointment, this is half of your consult fee.  Please make sure you cancel your appointment if it is no longer required so this charge isn’t applied to your account.
  • Same day appointments are not always possible, please phone reception if you need an urgent appointment.
  • Repeat prescription requests take 24-48 hours to process.
  • You may experience delays to see a doctor or a nurse, we do apologise for this, there is currently a shortage nationally of both doctors and nurses.
